Without monitoring, problems are found when something breaks. Each one costs repair time at our $175/hour rate plus the hours your staff can't work. With the plan, issues are caught early, so its cost is based on a standard rate of 1 problem per device a year, reduced by the percentage below. Change the numbers to match your office.

These terms apply to all new clients starting October 1, 2026.

Service model. Ongoing IT support requires an active Preventative and Maintenance subscription. It enables continuous protection and monitoring of your environment.

Requirements. A minimum of five (5) computer subscriptions per business, and all computers and servers on your premises must be enrolled. Support begins once the subscription is active and the minimum is met.

Labor. Not included in the subscription. Remote and on-site labor is $175.00 per hour. After the first hour, time is billed in thirty (30) minute increments.

Cancellation. Submit at least fifteen (15) days before the next billing cycle. Service continues through the end of the paid month. No partial-month refunds.
