Client Service Policy
Thank you for considering Technology Solutions Pro Inc for your business IT needs. This notice outlines the standard service terms that apply to all new client engagements beginning October 1, 2026.
Service Model
To engage Technology Solutions Pro Inc for ongoing IT support, an active subscription to our Preventative and Maintenance software is required. This subscription forms the foundation of our support relationship and enables continuous protection and monitoring of your environment.
Subscription Requirements
The following conditions apply to all new clients:
1. A minimum of Five (5) computer subscriptions is required per business.
2. All Computers / Servers located on your business premises must be enrolled in the plan.
Subscription Pricing and Included Services
Each computer subscription is billed at $24.99 per month and includes:
- Antivirus protection
- Hardware monitoring
- Preventative Care
- Ransomware protection
- Encrypted Cloud Backup (sold separately)
- Network Monitoring
- Installed Software Control and management
- Unattended Remote Access for End Users to their own computers or all computers at your business.
Labor Services
Labor is not included in the monthly subscription.
Remote and on-site labor are billed separately at $175.00 per hour. After the first hour, time is prorated in thirty (30) minute increments.
Engagement Process
Prior to the commencement of services, we will confirm:
- Total number of computers on your premises
- Subscription enrollment and billing setup
- Primary contacts and approved service channels
No support services will begin until the Preventative and Maintenance subscription is active and the minimum enrollment requirements are met.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least fifteen (15) days prior to the next billing cycle. Once a cancellation is accepted, services will continue through the end of the current paid monthly service period and will terminate on the last day of that paid month. No further charges will be incurred after that date, and no partial-month refunds will be issued for the final paid.
